Customer Service Booth Information

For your convenience, you'll find friendly and knowledgeable customer service agents at all of our customer service booths.
 

Booth Services

  • Local Tickets - Nevada residents can purchase Monorail tickets at customer service booths with cash only. Must have valid Nevada driver's license, State of Nevada government-issued I.D. or Nevada Sheriff's Card. Local Fare is $1 per ride. Maximum purchase: two (2) tickets per person per day. No bills over $20 can be accepted.

Booth Hours of Operation

Daily, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

 

Booth Locations

The booths are located near the ticket vending machines (TVMs) and fare gates at the following stations:
  • MGM Grand Station, Star Lane entrance
  • Sahara Station
 
PLEASE NOTE HOLIDAY HOURS:
 
Booths will be closed on Jan. 1, 2010. Locals may buy four (4) single-ride tickets on Dec. 31, 2009.
 
On Dec. 31, 2009, Sahara Customer Service Booth will be open 11 a.m.-11 p.m. MGM Grand Customer Service Booth will be open 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
