The LINQ’s newest restaurant, Guy Fieri’s highly anticipated Vegas Kitchen and Bar, opened on April 17 and immediately greeted loving fans to “Flavor Town” by serving his Bacon Man-N-Cheese Burger at the opening. The restaurant has been receiving great buzz about the fun twists on classic dishes and his over the top creations, like Guy’s Cheesecake Challenge featuring a mountain of cheesecake topped with potato chips, pretzels and hot fudge.
The menu includes delicious options for brunch, lunch and dinner along with a variety of small bites that would be great for happy hour after work or a casual lunch on the outdoor patio. The restaurant also features 16 crafts beer, Sonoma County wine and a frozen tap system shot bar since you won’t want your shots to be diluted right?
With the great weather almost year-round, guests can choose to sit and dine on the large outdoor patio to enjoy the views of the Las Vegas Strip or to simply people-watch. The fun and lively atmosphere is a must-see, especially if you are a fan of Fieri’s as the cooking space and design elements resemble Fieri’s own kitchen at home and has incorporated his tattoos and memorabilia from UNLV, his alma mater.
Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar is open daily from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. and is near the popular Carnaval Court and The LINQ’s main entrance.
