How do I use the ticket(s) at the station fare gates?

Using your ticket at the fare gate is easy.

For paper tickets: Simply scan the ticket at the fare gate.

For mobile tickets: Open your ticket on your mobile device and scan the QR code at the fare gate. Make sure your phone screen is bright enough for the scanner to read the code.

Once your ticket is successfully scanned, the fare gate will open and you can proceed to the train platform.

Using an Unlimited Day Pass? Be sure to use the same ticket each time you ride. If you first scan your mobile ticket from your digital wallet, you MUST continue using that same ticket from your digital wallet for the duration of your pass. Do not switch between different versions or copies of your ticket.
