IBIE 2022 is coming to Las Vegas September 17-21, 2022. Known as the largest trade event for the grain-based foods industry in the Western Hemisphere, the International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE), is an event not to miss.
IBIE 2022 will feature everything related to the baking industry including new ingredient formulations, new innovations, and professional insights. This includes baking industries such as pizza, cakes, bread, tortillas, snack food, pet food, and more.

Registration for IBIE 2022 in Las Vegas is currently open through the IBIE website. There are a variety of pass options available including the Super Pass, Single Session Pass, and more. IBIE 2022 starts on Saturday, September 17, 2022, and goes through Wednesday, September 21, 2022. The IBIE education portion starts on September 17, and the Expo Hall portion of IBIE opens on September 18. IBIE 2022 Las Vegas Convention Center Parking and Transportation
With IBIE 2022 in Las Vegas promising to be a large event, transportation to the Las Vegas Convention Center is an important part of attending the International Baking Industry Exposition. There are a variety of parking lots around the Convention Center Campus for car parking.
For those not driving and parking a car at the Las Vegas Convention Center, there are rideshare options for transportation to and from the Las Vegas Convention Center with Uber, Lyft, or taxis. For convention attendees at IBIE 2022 in Las Vegas, the easiest and fastest mode of transportation remains to be the Las Vegas Monorail. With direct service to and from the Las Vegas Convention Center, the Monorail travels along the Las Vegas Strip with 7 total stops on its route. Las Vegas Convention Center Monorail Transportation
When it comes to transportation options for convention attendees at the Las Vegas Convention Center, the Las Vegas Monorail continues to be one of the top choices for efficient and fast transportation. Many riders note that the cost of utilizing the Monorail compared to taxis or rideshare options is significantly cheaper, and much more convenient.
As a 100% electric tram, the Las Vegas Monorail travels from one end of the Las Vegas Strip to another in just a few minutes. The Monorail makes stops at each of its seven conveniently accessible stations every four to eight minutes and can transport riders from one end of the Las Vegas Strip to the other in approximately 15 minutes.
Las Vegas Monorail Hours and Tickets
The Las Vegas Monorail opens daily at 7 a.m. and closes at midnight on Mondays, closes at 2 a.m. Tuesday through Thursday, and closes at 3 a.m. Friday through Sunday.

The Las Vegas Convention Center LOOP
The Las Vegas Convention Center has a unique new transportation option for faster across-campus transportation – The Las Vegas Convention Center Loop, also known as the LVCC Loop. This new transportation option connects convention attendees from the existing campus (South, North, and Central Halls) to the new West Hall in approximately two minutes, saving nearly 25 minutes of walking time.
The Las Vegas Convention Center Loop consists of two tunnels for one-way traffic built underneath the large 200-acre Las Vegas Convention Center. Each tunnel is approximately ⅘ of a mile in length and is designed for transportation with Tesla EVs. Each Tesla EV can reach speeds up to 35mph in the tunnels while transporting convention attendees.
There are currently three LVCC Loop stations that are easy to locate:
- Central Station: located below ground near the main entrance to the Central Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center. This station is accessible via elevator or escalator.
- West Station: located above ground adjacent to the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.
- South Station: located above ground adjacent to the South Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.
