How do I redeem a myVIP Reward?
To redeem your myVIP reward, click the “redeem Here” button on your confirmation email and select your ticket type. If you have the BOGO offer, then you must select two tickets. Enter the redemption code (located at the top of the email) in the promo code field, click “Apply Code,” and proceed to checkout. Please complete ticket assignment by entering your name, phone number, and email address. Once your purchase is finalized, your tickets will be emailed to you.
- Voucher can only be redeemed once. Voucher may not be redeemed outside the valid date stated on the voucher.
- No refunds, credits, exchanges or cancellation of a voucher will be granted. Refunds will not be issued for lost, unused or partially used tickets. Services and hours of operation subject to change without notice. Management reserves all rights.
