Where Is IMEX America Las Vegas 2025?
IMEX America will be held at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center at the Mandalay Bay Las Vegas Resort and Casino.
When Is IMEX America Las Vegas 2025?
IMEX America 2025 is a four-day event, starting on October 6, and ending on October 9. The trade show will begin on October 7.
The hours for each day are as follows:
- Monday, October 6: IMEX kicks off with a day of free education at Smart Monday powered by MPI, with hours to be announced soon.
- Tuesday, October 7: 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, October 8: 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Thursday, October 9: 9:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Exhibitors will have early access to the exhibit hall beginning at 7:00 am on the 10/07, and 8:00 am on 10/08 and 10/09. Exhibitors are encouraged to arrive before 9:00 a.m. each day of the trade show.

How Do I Get to IMEX America?
The easiest way to get to IMEX America is to ride the Las Vegas Monorail when you are staying at any of the resorts north of W. Tropicana Ave.
The Monorail operates daily during these hours:
- Mondays: 7:00 a.m. – midnight
- Tuesdays – Thursdays: 7:00 a.m. – 2:00 a.m.
- Fridays – Sundays: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 a.m.
The Monorail consists of seven stations:
- SAHARA Las Vegas Station
- Westgate Station
- Boingo Station at the Las Vegas Convention Center
- Harrah’s/The LINQ Station
- Flamingo/Caesars Palace Station
- Horseshoe/Paris Station
- MGM Grand Station at MGM Grand
Simply board a southbound train from any station and ride to the MGM Grand Station at MGM Grand. Upon arrival at the station, you can cut through the resort and exit on S Las Vegas Blvd, or walk southwest along the Taxi Only access road to Tropicana Ave and head west, crossing the street to reach the Excalibur North Tram Station, and board the complimentary Mandalay Bay Tram.
From the Mandalay Bay Tram Station, exit the station and head into the resort, crossing the casino floor and bearing to the left, past the different restaurants, heading toward Starbucks. The Convention Center is adjacent to Starbucks.
