Dining Spotlight – Hecho en Vegas

Whether you are looking for fine dining, a casual pub with delicious food or a new culinary experience, you’ll be able to find something for everyone at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino.

Hecho en Vegas, which officially opened in January, is a collaboration between MGM Grand and the Flores family, which is known for their Arizona restaurants El Charro Café and Sir Veza’s that boast generations of Flores family recipes.

The talented team of chefs, along with Co-Owner Ray Flores mom, created an authentic Sonoran menu bursting with flavor and tradition. The menu features favorites from the Arizona restaurants as well as MGM Grand exclusives like the spicy 702 Salsa made with a vibrant blend of spices and served with house-made tortilla chips.
