When Is the HLTH 2025 Conference Las Vegas?
This Las Vegas healthcare conference will begin on Sunday, October 19, and run through Wednesday, October 22. Attendees are encouraged to arrive on Saturday, October 18, to avoid missing any of the Sunday activities or the must-attend Healthcare Ecosystem Convergence Welcome Reception.

What Is the Most Convenient Way To Get to HLTH 2025?
Getting to HLTH 2025 is very easy. If you are staying at The Venetian or The Plazazzo, there is a connected entrance to the Expo Hall inside The Venetian. From The Venetian Towers, go through the casino and follow the signs to Restaurant Row. Turn right, walking past Starbucks and into the convention center.
If you are staying at The LINQ Hotel and Casino or Harrah’s Las Vegas, you can walk to the event venue, as the Venetian Expo is located across Krueger Dr from Caesars Forum. If Caesars Forum is open, you can use the connector bridge on the second floor, which connects to The Venetian Expo. From either resort, follow the signs that take you to the Las Vegas Monorail’s Harrah’s/The LINQ Station and follow the signs to Caesars Forum.
For resorts north of The Venetian and The Plazazzo, you can hop on a southbound Monorail train at any of these stations:

Ride the Monorail to Harrah’s/The LINQ Station. Upon arrival at the station, you can see if Caesars Forum is open and use the connector bridge, or exit the station and walk across the street.
The Las Vegas Monorail operates daily during these hours:
- Mondays: 7 a.m. – 12 a.m.
- Tuesdays – Thursdays: 7 a.m. – 2 a.m.
- Fridays – Sundays: 7 a.m. – 3 a.m.
