Where Is the Licensing Expo Las Vegas 2026?
The Las Vegas Licensing Expo 2026 is making its return to the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, located at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. The main exhibit hall will be in the South Convention Center on the casino level, with additional event space occupying the second floor of both the South and North Convention Center.
When Is the Licensing Expo Las Vegas 2026?
The dates and times for the Licensing Expo are:
- Tuesday, May 19: 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, May 20: 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Thursday, May 21: 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
How to Conveniently Get to the Licensing Expo
If you are staying at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, the convention center is within walking distance. It is located behind the main pool area and near the Shark Reef Aquarium.
If you are staying at another resort on the Vegas Strip, then the easiest way to get to the trade show is to use the Las Vegas Monorail and the Mandalay Bay Tram.
The Monorail has seven stations ideally located along the Strip:
Trains begin operations daily at 7:00 a.m. and run until these times:
- Mondays: Midnight
- Tuesdays through Thursdays: 2:00 a.m.
- Fridays through Sundays: 3:00 a.m.
To get to the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, board any southbound train from any station and take it to the last stop at the MGM Grand Monorail Station. Exit the station, cutting through the main lobby and casino floor of the MGM Grand Resort and Casino, following the signs for the pedestrian walkway to New York New York. Once you cross the street, follow the signs to the pedestrian bridge over Tropicana Ave and Excalibur North Tram Station.
Then, board the free tram and ride it to the Mandalay Bay Tram Station. Upon arrival, follow the signs toward the main casino floor. Once inside the resort, head toward the food court area, looking for Kumi Japanese and Stripsteak. Head down the walkway past Starbucks and the Michelob Ultra Arena. The South Convention Center is located next to the food court.
