The Star Trek – “Trek to Vegas” Convention will be held at the Rio Pavilion Convention Center inside The Rio Hotel & Casino. The address for the resort is 3700 W Flamingo Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89103.
When Is the Star Trek – “Trek to Vegas” Convention Las Vegas 2025?
STLV 2025 will begin on August 6, and run through August 10. The Star Trek Voyager 30th Anniversary events will take place on August 6 through August 8 during the STLV Trek to Vegas Expo.
How Do I Get to STLV When Staying on the Las Vegas Strip?
Getting to the Star Trek Convention when staying at a resort on the Las Vegas Strip is easy when you ride the Las Vegas Monorail to one of the nearby stations near The Rio.
The Monorail consists of seven stations:
- SAHARA Las Vegas Station
- Westgate Station
- Boingo Station at the Las Vegas Convention Center
- Harrah’s/The LINQ Station
- Flamingo/Caesars Palace Station
- Horseshoe/Paris Station
- MGM Grand Station
The two closest stations are the Flamingo/Caesars Palace Station and the Horseshoe/Paris Station, if you plan on walking. It takes about 20 to 25 minutes to walk from either station to The Rio Las Vegas.
Alternatively, you can catch the RTC 202 Flamingo Bus on E Flamingo Rd across the street from the Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino or the Horseshoe Las Vegas. The 202 Flamingo bus operates 24 hours a day, with buses arriving every 15 to 28 minutes, depending on the time of day. It takes about 12 minutes to get to The Rio from the Horseshoe/Paris 202 bus stop.
The Monorail operates every day during these hours:
- Mondays: 7:00 a.m. – Midnight
- Tuesdays – Thursdays: 7:00 a.m. – 2 a.m.
- Fridays – Sundays: 7:00 a.m. – 3 a.m.
Trains arrive at the stations every four to eight minutes, and travel time between stations is about two to four minutes. If you are staying at the MGM Grand, or another resort nearby, you would board a northbound train. Otherwise, you would board a southbound train and ride it to either the Flamingo/Caesars Palace Station or the Horseshoe/Paris Station.
