The Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) returns to Las Vegas this weekend for an epic three-day festival! EDC Las Vegas 2019 features the biggest DJs from around the world, the best lighting and sound production, and the hottest nightclub and pool parties on the Las Vegas Strip. While the EDC main event is happening at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, here’s some info on exclusive EDC parties happening on the Las Vegas Strip, where to catch EDC shuttles, and how the LV Monorail can get you there:

Hakkasan @ MGM Grand

EDC weekend starts off with a bang at Hakkasan Nightclub located inside the MGM Grand. You can dance the night away to the beats of Steve Aoki starting Friday, May 17 at 10:00 pm. Calvin Harris will be gracing the Hakkasan turntables on Saturday, May 18, and Lil Jon will close out the weekend on Sunday, May 19. Remember that you must be 21 or older to get into the club and should purchase tickets ahead of time. The Las Vegas Monorail will take you directly to Hakkasan by using the MGM Grand monorail station exit.

Omnia @ Caesars Palace

If you’re looking for the ultimate nightclub experience during EDC weekend, Omnia at Caesars Palace is a beautiful 75,000-square-foot multi-level venue that will keep you and your friends dancing through the early morning hours. Friday, May 17, features famous DJ Martin Garrix with world-renowned DJ Zedd performing on Saturday, May 18. Use the Flamingo/Caesars Palace monorail station exit for easy access to Omnia.

Drai’s @ The Cromwell

Both Drai’s Nightclub and Beachclub will be featuring the biggest names in hip hop and electronic music for EDC weekend. The trendy rooftop nightclub is one of the hottest tickets in Las Vegas with 2 Chainz performing on Friday, May 17, French Montana on Saturday, May 18, and DJ Sourmilk on Sunday, May 19. As for Drai’s Beachclub, you can enjoy Showtek & Emogee, Audien, Bingo Players, A-Trak, and Laidback Luke poolside while taking in the gorgeous views of the Las Vegas Strip. The Flamingo/Caesars monorail station is just minutes away from Drai’s.

Liquid Pool @ Aria

If you want to experience a real upscale Las Vegas pool party, Liquid Pool at Aria will be pulling out all the stops for EDC weekend. You can relax by the sparkling pool, enjoy a chilled cocktail or cold brew, and dance to the beats of DJ 4B, Max Motif, and Bijou. You can also request bottle service, daybeds, banquettes, and private cabanas for the ultimate VIP treatment in this chic ultra lounge and pool. Use the Horseshoe/Paris Station exit for quick access to Aria just across Las Vegas Blvd.

TAO @ The Venetian

This Asian-inspired lounge and nightclub at the Venetian is the perfect place to grab a couple drinks and get your dance on this EDM weekend. TAO has some of the top DJs spinning every night, including DJ Scene and Eric Dlux. Before heading into the nightclub, you and your crew can also enjoy a world-class dining experience at TAO Asian Bistro with an exceptional menu from Chef Ralph Scamardella. To get to the Venetian, use the Harrah’s/The Linq monorail station exit and head north on Las Vegas Blvd.

Marquee @ Cosmopolitan

The Marquee Nightclub and Dayclub will be hosting some of the best DJs and music headliners for an epic EDC weekend party. Check out Vice on Friday, May 17, and Chuckie on Saturday, May 18, in the nightclub. If you’re heading over to spend some time relaxing by the pool during the day, treat yourself to the beats of Jeffrey Sutorius, Fedde Le Grand, and W&W at Marquee Dayclub. You can get to Marquee at Cosmopolitan by using the Horseshoe/Paris Station.

EDC Shuttle Information

When you’re ready to hit up the main event at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, EDC has set up transportation to pick you up from various locations on the Strip that will take you directly to the Speedway. With the purchase of a standard shuttle pass, there are five shuttle stops where you can catch a ride to the festival:

 

  • Rio Hotel & Casino: 3700 W. Flamingo Rd
  • Festival Grounds at Circus Circus: 2880 S. Las Vegas Blvd
  • Downtown: 9th & Fremont Streets
  • Mid-Strip: 3645 S. Las Vegas Blvd
  • Tropicana: 3801 S. Las Vegas Blvd

 

The Las Vegas Monorail provides direct access to the Festival Grounds at Circus Circus using the SAHARA monorail station. You can also use the Horseshoe/Paris Station or Flamingo/Caesars monorail stations to get to the Mid-Strip shuttle stop, or the MGM Grand monorail station to access the Tropicana shuttle stop. Las Vegas Monorail EDC Discounts & Extended Hours

With so much happening on the Strip this weekend, Las Vegas Monorail will be extending hours and offering exclusive EDC transportation discounts so festival attendees can safely and conveniently get to all the EDC action.
