How Do You Get to the HR Technology Conference if You Stay on the Vegas Strip?
The easiest way to get to the HR Technology Conference when you are not staying at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino is to ride the Las Vegas Monorail. The Monorail consists of seven stations along the 3.9-mile route:

- Westgate Station
- Boingo Station at the Las Vegas Convention Center
- Harrah’s/The LINQ Station
- Flamingo/Caesars Palace Station
- Horseshoe/Paris Station
- MGM Grand Station at MGM Grand
You want to board any southbound train and ride it to the very last stop, which is the MGM Grand Station at MGM Grand. Trains arrive every four to eight minutes and operate continuously during these hours:
- Mondays: 7 a.m. – midnight
- Tuesdays – Thursdays: 7 a.m. – 2 a.m.
- Fridays – Sundays: 7 a.m. – 3 a.m.
The total travel time from the SAHARA Las Vegas Station to the MGM Grand Station is about 14 minutes.
Once you arrive at the MGM Grand Station, you should exit the station and head toward Tropicana Ave, which is south of the station. You want to walk to the Excalibur North Tram Station, which is across S Las Vegas Blvd and Tropicana Ave.
The Mandalay Bay Tram is free to ride and operates daily from 10 a.m. until midnight. You want to board it and take it to the Mandalay Bay tram station. Exit the tram station and head inside toward the casino floor, following the signs to the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, and the HR Technology Conference. You will pass the Border Grill and the Wedding Chapel before reaching the convention center entrance.
