The Car Wash Show has an impressive lineup for its nearly 8,000 attendees for the 2023 event, including over 400 exhibitors who will be displaying never-before-seen products and over 60 hours’ worth of educational content.

Car Wash Show Events
In addition to the educational opportunities, the Car Wash Show’s schedule is filled with plenty of fun events that will keep guests engaged while creating valuable connections within the industry. Some of this year’s events include:
- Chill & Thrill at the Strat. This welcome event hosted by the Western Car Wash Association provides guests with a fun way to kick off the Car Wash Show. This reception provides guests with an opportunity to mingle, enjoy the stunning view, and to satisfy their inner adrenaline junkie by riding the roller coaster at the top of the Vegas skyline.
- The Big Bash. This new event, which is sponsored by OPW Vehicle Wash Solutions, allows guests to make connections while mingling at the three-hour open bar. In addition to socializing and enjoying food and drinks, The Big Bash will be providing entertainment and prizes to keep guests even more engaged!
- The Trade Show. The Trade Show is available during each date of the 2023 Car Wash Show and provides attendees with the opportunity to showcase and checkout various car wash products and services.
- Exhibitor Booth Crawl. On the second day of the Car Wash Show, guests are invited to grab a drink while checking out various exhibitor booths in the showroom — a.k.a. a car wash industry member’s dream bar crawl!
- Hall of Fame Celebration. The ICA is making sure to recognize the most respectable members of the car wash industry by honoring the 2023 Car Wash Hall of Fame inductees.
When is the 2023 Car Wash Show?
The 2023 Las Vegas Carwash show is scheduled to last three days — Monday to Wednesday — on the dates May 8, 2023 to May 10, 2023. This gives attendees plenty of time to enjoy everything the ICA has to offer!
Where is the 2023 Car Wash Show?
The ICA’s 2023 Car Wash Show will be hosted at the Las Vegas Convention Center, which is located on Desert Inn Road and Paradise Road. The Las Vegas Convention Center is an incredibly convenient location for out-of-town attendees and locals alike, as it is just a quick three-mile trip to the Harry Reid International Airport and only one street away from the world-renowned Las Vegas Strip —an attraction that all attendees of the Car Wash Show should be sure to experience.

While the Car Wash Show guests are likely to want to arrive in their freshly washed cars to show off their company’s skill, the Las Vegas Convention Center’s close proximity to the Las Vegas Monorail offers an easy transportation alternative that guests should be sure to take advantage of. This public monorail system provides Car Wash Show attendees the ability to travel with ease from the Las Vegas Convention Center to the local hotels. The Las Vegas Monorail offers single passes or day passes, which allow Car Wash Show guests to plan accordingly for their trip to Vegas.
