Where Is the National Business Aviation Association, Inc. (NBAA) – Convention and Exhibition Las Vegas 2025?
The National Business Aviation Association Convention will be held at the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center. The West Hall is located at 300 Convention Center Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89109, adjacent to the North Hall.
When Is the National Business Aviation Association, Inc. (NBAA) – Convention and Exhibition Las Vegas 2025?
The National Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition will begin on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 and run through Thursday, October 16, 2025 during these hours:
- Tuesday, October 14: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, October 15: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Thursday, October 16: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
There will also be an Aircraft Connection experience at the Henderson Executive Airport during the convention and exhibition.
The hours for the Aircraft Connection are:
- Tuesday, October 14: 1:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, October 15: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
There will be complimentary shuttle bus service from the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) to the Henderson Executive Airport (HND), with service available during these times:
From LVCC to HND
- Tuesday, October 14: 12:15 p.m. – 4:45 p.m.
- Wednesday, October 15: 8:15 a.m. – 3:45 p.m.
From HND to LVCC
- Tuesday, October 14: 12:15 p.m. – 4:45 p.m.
- Wednesday, October 15: 8:15 a.m. – 3:45 p.m.
For attendees who want a unique experience, there will be a helicopter shuttle, powered by BLADE for by-the-seat helicopter flights between LVCC and HND on both days. Additional information about the helicopter shuttle will be released in September 2025.
What’s the Easiest Way To Get to the National Business Aviation Association, Inc. Convention and Exhibition?
The easiest and most convenient way to get to the National Business Aviation Association, Inc. Convention and Exhibition is to ride the Las Vegas Monorail. The Las Vegas Monorail begins operations at 7 a.m. daily, so you have plenty of time to arrive on time before the convention and exhibition opens, or to catch a shuttle or helicopter shuttle to the Aircraft Connection experience at the Henderson Executive Airport during the convention.
The Las Vegas Monorail consists of seven stations. If you are staying north of the LVCC, you will want to board a southbound train at one of these stations:
If you are staying south of the LVCC, you will want to board a northbound train at one of these stations:
From either a southbound or northbound train, ride the Monorail to Boingo Station at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Navigating the LVCC
Upon arriving on the Monorail, exit the station and head north, walking across the Silver Parking Lot toward the North Hall. You can enter the North Hall and use the skybridge to cross into the West Hall or cross Paradise Rd at street level.
Alternatively, you can cross the Silver Parking Lot and enter the Central Hall, and go downstairs to the LVVC Central Underground Station, and utilize the Vegas Loop free LVCC transportation. The Vegas Loop also connects with some of the nearby resorts, but a per-trip fee applies.
