The PHP Agency National Convention will be held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, located inside the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino. The address is 3799 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109.
When Is the PHP Agency National Convention Las Vegas 2025?
The PHP Agency Convention will begin on Monday, August 4, and run through Thursday, August 7, 2025, at the following times:
- Monday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.
- Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Who Can Attend PHP Take Off?
PHP Take Off is open to PHP’s life insurance agents, executives, carrier partners, and families. New agents are also allowed to attend as long as they have completed their onboarding before the event.

What Is the Fastest Way To Get to the PHP Agency National Convention?
Unless you are staying at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, the fastest, easiest, and most convenient way to get to PHP Take Off is to ride the Las Vegas Monorail. The Monorail consists of seven stations conveniently located along the Vegas Strip:
- SAHARA Las Vegas Station
- Westgate Station
- Boingo Station at the Las Vegas Convention Center
- Harrah’s/The LINQ Station
- Flamingo/Caesars Palace Station
- Horseshoe/Paris Station
- MGM Grand Station at MGM Grand
The MGM Grand Station at MGM Grand is the last stop on the southbound route. Trains arrive every four to eight minutes, and it takes between two and four minutes to travel between stations.
The Monorail begins operating at 7:00 a.m. daily and runs until these hours:
- Mondays: Midnight
- Tuesdays – Thursdays: 2 a.m.
- Fridays – Sundays: 3 a.m.
When exiting the Monorail station and entering the MGM Grand Resort & Casino, follow the signs toward The District. The walkway to the MGM Grand Garden Arena will be almost directly across from the Monorail exit into the resort. If you use the Main Lobby Entrance, or exit the Monorail from the Underground, then follow the signs toward the MGM Grand Food Court and The District.
