New to Las Vegas

SoulCycle at The Wynn

Endorphin seekers rejoice! The always fast and fly SoulCycle has found a way to the Las Vegas Strip. That means no more excuses for missed workouts in 2019.

The SoulCycle studio is open Monday through Thursday from 5:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday to 7 p.m., Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Head over to their website to book a bike.

Pro tip: leave a little extra time to make your way through the hotel-casino and into the studio. SoulCycle will also validate your parking, so be sure to bring your slip to the front desk

Lady Gaga Residency

The A Star Is Born actress, and chart-topping musician is bringing her talent to Las Vegas in 2019. Lady Gaga has done it all, and fans can be sure that she will deliver at her new residency at the Park Las Vegas. Her residency will feature something we haven’t seen before–two distinct shows. Lady Gaga Enigma will highlight all her beloved hits, whereas Lady Gaga Jazz & Piano will focus more on her artistry and vocals. Lady Gaga’s presence in Las Vegas might inspire a whole new tradition of star-filled residencies.

FLY LINQ Zipline

There are already dozens of reasons to visit the Linq Promenade (hop off at our Harrah’s / LINQ Station), and now there’s one more! FLY LINQ is a 12-story high zip line that runs along the length of the promenade. There are two ways to take flight: seated or superhero style. FLY LINQ offers flights both during the day and at night!

The VOID at Grand Canal Shoppes

Virtual reality has officially arrived, and The Void at Grand Canal Shoppes inside the Venetian is the best place to experience it. This is way beyond your standard VR headset. Prepare to gear up with some state of the art technology and become immersed in the world of Star Wars. Invite friends and family to join your team and enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience.

Eatly Las Vegas at Park MGM

Cities like Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York have been enjoying Eatly for years. Finally, Las Vegas locals and visitors can enjoy one in our town. The Eatly Las Vegas features 40,000 square feet of delectable food. There are two restaurants, seven takeaway counters, three bars, and one open counter-to-table concept.

If that’s not enticing enough, you might be interested in one of their 5,000 products. Plus, there are complimentary tasting and cooking lessons available.

To get there, take the Las Vegas Monorail to the MGM Grand Station and use the pedestrian bridge to cross Las Vegas Blvd.

Coming Soon to Las Vegas

Virgin Hotel

Richard Branson has purchased the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino with plans to transform it into a new Virgin Hotel property.  Chicago already enjoys a Virgin Hotel, and one is planned for San Francisco. The Hard Rock Hotel rooms will become “chambers,” and Virgin has promised lots of other on-brand additions. Hard Rock fans will have until Labor Day to enjoy the hotel and casino as-is. Renovations are expected to be completed by late 2019.

The Front Yard at Ellis Island

Las Vegas locals have loved Ellis Island (home of the famous $7.99 top sirloin special) for many years, and now they’ve got something new up their sleeve: a two-story outdoor addition featuring games and live entertainment. The Front Yard opens in March 2019, just in time to enjoy all spring outdoors at one of our favorite spots.

Kind Heaven at The LINQ

This multi-sensory experience will arrive at The LINQ sometime in 2019. The immersive experience takes over several stories and has some serious talent contributions. The 100 million dollar project is generating a lot of buzz, and we can’t wait to see what Kind Heaven might look like. Kind Heaven is destined to be the most unique experience on the Las Vegas Strip in 2019.

MSG Sphere Las Vegas

Concert venues might never be the same after the MSG Sphere opens in Las Vegas. The Sphere will be located between Manhattan Street and Koval Lane. Madison Square Garden will partner with the Las Vegas Sands Corporation to make this concert-goers dream come to life. We’ll have to wait a bit longer (until 2021)for this project to be complete, but it will be worth waiting for.

How to get there

With all these new things to see in Las Vegas, you’ll want to use one of the fastest transportation options on the Las Vegas Strip. The Las Vegas Monorail can help you zip along the Strip–no harness needed.
