In response to the latest guidance from the CDC on preventing the spread of COVID-19, the Monorail is temporarily suspending operations beginning at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 until further notice. The health and safety of our visitors, fellow community members and our employees is of the utmost importance to us. We look forward to welcoming our riders back when the time is right. From Las Vegas Boulevard, enter Bally’s Hotel
Walk through casino and take escalators down to Avenue shops, Race & Sports Book, Spa & Salon and Pool.
Continue through Avenue Shops and follow Monorail directional signage.
Pass Food Court, Race & Sports Book, & Spa and exit through automatic doors to Monorail fare gates.

From Las Vegas Boulevard, enter Paris Hotel & Casino and follow directional signage past Hotel Lobby and front- desk towards self-parking, Convention Center & Le Boulevard.
Head through Le Boulevard/Bally’s connector and enter Bally’s Casino.
Follow Monorail directional signage and take escalators down to Avenue shops, Race & Sports Book, Spa & Salon and Pool.
Continue through Avenue Shops and follow Monorail directional signage.
Pass Food Court, Race & Sports Book, & Spa and exit through automatic doors to Monorail fare gates.

What do I do with a ticket I purchased and haven't used?
Our tickets normally do not expire until 12 months after the purchase date. If the Coronavirus has affected your travel plans and you think your ticket will expire before you're able to use it please contact customerservice@lvmonorail.com and one of our agents will assist you.
