The Bar & Restaurant Expo is making its return to Las Vegas this spring. This year’s event theme is “Every Moment Counts,” and celebrates the 40th anniversary of this tradeshow and expo.

Where Is the Bar & Restaurant Expo Las Vegas 2026? 

The Bar & Restaurant Expo will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The event will be hosted in the South Hall and will coincide with the World Tea Expo, which will be located there, as well.  

When Is the Bar & Restaurant Expo Las Vegas 2026? 

The Bar & Restaurant Expo will kick off on Monday, March 23, and run through Wednesday, March 25. Pre-registered attendees aged 21 and older can pick up their credentials starting at 7:30 a.m. on Monday near the entrance to the Expo Hall.  

 

Guests who did not pre-register in advance may also register at this location. The Expo Hall is included in all passes and will be open during these times: 

  • Tuesday, March 24: 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. 
  • Wednesday, March 25: 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.

What’s the Easiest Way To Get to the Bar & Restaurant Expo at the LVCC?

The fastest way to ensure you do not miss out on anything during the exciting three-day event is to use the Las Vegas Monorail. The Monorail has several convenient stations along the Las Vegas Strip with a dedicated stop at the LVCC.  

 

The Monorail begins operations daily at 7 a.m. and runs until: 

  • Mondays: Midnight 
  • Tuesdays – Thursdays: 2 a.m. 
  • Fridays – Sundays: 3 a.m. 

Best of all, you do not have to worry about finding paid parking at the Convention Center or worry about driving after drinking at the expo. Instead, you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the great views from the climate-controlled cars.  

Which Monorail Train Do I Board To Get to the Bar & Restaurant Expo? 

The Monorail Stations cover a 3.9-mile section of the Strip and include the following locations:  

To get to the LVCC from the SAHARA or Westgate Station, board a Southbound train. For all other stations on the Strip, board a Northbound train. There is clear signage in each station that shows which way the train is headed.  

 

You will want to exit the train once you arrive at the Boingo Station at the Las Vegas Convention Center. As you exit the station, follow the signs to the South Hall and enjoy your time at the Bar & Restaurant Expo.
