Where Is the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Week (AAIW) Las Vegas 2025?
The AAPEX Automotive Aftermarket Industry Week will be held at Caesars Forum and The Venetian Expo. Both event venues are adjacent to each other. There is a connector bridge between the two convention centers on the second floor. AAPEX will occupy all of Caesars Forum, as well as Levels 1 and 2 at The Venetian Expo.

The AAPEX Automotive Aftermarket Industry Week Las Vegas show will begin on Monday, November 3, and run through Thursday, November 6. How Do I Get to the AAPEX Automotive Aftermarket Industry Week (AAIW) in Las Vegas?
Getting to AAPEX Automotive Aftermarket Industry Week (AAIW) in Las Vegas is easy. If you are staying at The Venetian, The Plazazzo, The LINQ Hotel and Casino, or Harrah’s Las Vegas, you can walk to the event venues.
The Palazzo and The Venetian are connected to The Venetian Expo, and it is about a 10-minute walk from either resort. To enter The Venetian Expo, walk through the casino floor and follow the signs to Restaurant Row. Turn right, walk past Starbucks, and into the convention expo.
The LINQ Hotel and Casino and Harrah’s Las Vegas have a connector bridge with direct access to the second floor of Caesar’s Forum, which is also on the same floor as the connector bridge to The Venetian Expo. From either resort, follow the signs to the Las Vegas Monorail’s Harrah’s/The LINQ Station. Instead of heading toward the Monorail, continue heading down the hallway to the convention center entrance.
From the Flamingo Las Vegas and Caesars Palace resort, you can board a northbound train at the Las Vegas Monorail’s Flamingo/Caesars Palace Station, and ride it to the Harrah’s/The LINQ Station. Alternatively, you can walk and use the pedestrian bridge that connects Caesars Forum with The LINQ Promenade and The Flamingo.
For resorts south of the Flamingo and Caesars Palace, you can catch a northbound Monorail train at any of these stations:

The Monorail begins operating daily at 7 a.m. and runs until:
- Mondays: 12 a.m.
- Tuesdays – Thursdays: 2 a.m.
- Fridays – Sundays: 3 a.m.
