When Is the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists Midyear Clinical Meeting & Exhibition Las Vegas 2025?
The American Society of Health-System Pharmacists Midyear Clinical Meeting & Exhibition will begin on Saturday, December 6, 2025, with the pre-conference and pre-meeting workshops.
The main conference will run from Sunday, December 7, to Wednesday, December 10. The Exhibition Trade Show runs from Monday, December 8, to Wednesday, December 10.
How Do I Get to the ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting & Exhibition?
Unless you are staying at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, the easiest way to get to the
ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting & Exhibition is to use the Las Vegas Monorail and the Mandalay Bay Tram.
The Las Vegas Monorail covers a 3.9-mile section of the Vegas Strip, providing easy access to most resorts and attractions.
The seven stations along the route are:
- SAHARA Las Vegas Station
- Westgate Station
- Boingo Station at the Las Vegas Convention Center
- Harrah’s/The LINQ Station
- Flamingo/Caesars Palace Station
- Horseshoe/Paris Station
- MGM Grand Station
The Monorail operates daily starting at 7:00 a.m. and runs until:
- Mondays: Midnight
- Tuesdays – Thursdays: 2:00 a.m.
- Fridays – Sundays: 3:00 a.m.
To get to the ASHP conference, board any southbound Monorail train and ride it to the very last stop at the MGM Grand Station. The fastest route to get to the Excalibur North Tram Station is to head into the MGM Grand Resort, cut through the casino, and follow the signs for the walkway to New York New York.
Once you have crossed Las Vegas Blvd and are at New York New York on the Mezzanine Level, follow the signs for the walkway to the Excalibur Hotel & Casino. The overhead crosswalk also connects directly to the Excalibur North Tram Station. Look for signs after crossing Tropicana Ave.
Board a southbound Tram and ride it to the last stop, which is the Mandalay Bay Tram Station. Exit the Tram Station and head into Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. Cut through the casino floor, walk past all the restaurants on the left, heading toward Starbucks. Follow the signs to the Convention Center, Food Court, and Shark Reef Aquarium. The Convention Center is adjacent to Starbucks, and is on the right.
