Where Is the International Baking Industry Expo Las Vegas 2025?
The International Baking Industry Expo will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center, in the West and North Halls. The address for the Convention Center is 3150 Paradise Road, Las Vegas, NV 89109.
When Is the International Baking Industry Expo Las Vegas 2025?
The International Baking Industry Expo consists of the expo itself and educational courses. The educational courses will begin on September 13 and run through September 17, 2025. The Expo Hall will open on September 14 and be open daily through September 17, 2025.
Education sessions will start promptly at 8:00 a.m. each day of the expo. The Expo Hall will open at 10:00 a.m. daily. On September 17, 2025, both educational sessions and the Expo Hall will end at 3:00 p.m.
Exhibitor registration will open on Thursday, September 11, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. On Friday, September 12, 2025, exhibitor registration will be open from 9:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., while attendee registration will be open from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
Please note that these early times are to pick up your IBIE credentials and badges for the event. You must pre-register online to exhibit or attend the event.

Anyone in the grains-based foods industry should attend IBIE, including these market segments:

How Do You Get to the Las Vegas International Baking Industry Expo 2025?
The most convenient way to get to the International Baking Industry Expo is to use the Las Vegas Monorail. The Monorail covers 3.9 miles along the Vegas Strip, with seven stations on the route, including the Boingo Station at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
If you are staying north of the Convention Center, you can catch a southbound train at one of these stations:
Boingo Station at the Las Vegas Convention Center will be the first stop after the Westgate Station.
If you are staying south of the Convention Center, you can catch a northbound train at one of these stations:
- Harrah’s/The LINQ Station
- Flamingo/Caesars Palace Station
- Horseshoe/Paris Station
- MGM Grand Station at MGM Grand
Boingo Station at the Las Vegas Convention Center will be the first stop after the train leaves the Harrah’s/The LINQ Station.
The Monorail operates daily during these hours:
- Mondays: 7 a.m. – midnight
- Tuesdays – Thursdays: 7 a.m. – 2 a.m.
- Fridays – Sundays: 7 a.m. – 3 a.m.
Trains arrive at stations every four to eight minutes, with travel time between stations ranging from about two to four minutes.
Upon arrival at Boingo Station at the Las Vegas Convention Center, exit the station and walk across the Silver Lot to reach the North Hall. To access the West Hall, walk north on Paradise Road and cross Convention Center Drive, and the West Hall will be on your left. Alternatively, you can enter the North Hall and use the Paradise Bridge to enter the West Hall.
