Great question! Your eTicket can be scanned directly at Monorail fare gates. Simply tap the QR code located on your eTicket at any entrance gate and begin your journey. Prefer a paper ticket? Your eTicket can be redeemed for a paper ticket at one of our Customer Service Ticket Offices (open daily from 10 am to 6 pm). eTICKET(s) cannot be redeemed at Ticket Vending Machines. You can also print your eTicket at home and scan at Monorail fare gates.
eTICKET(s) are only valid for the ticket type shown. Once eTICKET(s) have been redeemed, the barcode and PIN code will become invalid. eTICKET(s) must be redeemed within one year of purchase. Physical Las Vegas Monorail tickets are valid for one year from date of etTICKET redemption. eTICKET(s) and Monorail tickets have no cash value and cannot be assigned or transferred, in whole or in part. eTICKET(s) may only be redeemed once. No refunds, credits, exchanges or cancellation of an eTICKET(s) will be granted.
Las Vegas Monorail tickets are good for one year from the date they are printed. You can find this date on the back of your ticket in the top, right-hand corner.
Tickets purchased online have a one year valid period for redemption unless otherwise noted on the eTICKET. The One-Ride ticket loses its value after the ride has been taken.
Unlimited Day Passes are good for unlimited rides for the period listed. This period begins the first time you use the ticket at a far egate during operational hours and remains valid for the number of consecutive days, as printed on the ticket. Each “day” equals a 24-hour period.
Children five and under ride free. Children must be carried through the fare gates, and accompanied by an adult passenger who has a paid fare. Strollers are welcome! All Monorail stations have accessible elevator service. There is level boarding from the platform to all trains. The stroller must be placed in the locked position for the duration of the ride.
Yes! Las Vegas Monorail riders can use to Google Pay to purchase tickets and travel the Strip! To use Google Pay, simply purchase your tickets and select the Google Pay option at checkout. In just minutes you can purchase and save your tickets. To enter fare gates and board the train, simply wake up your phone and hold it to the fare gate scanner.
