AAPEX Las Vegas 2026 

The number one automotive aftermarket event in North America is returning to Las Vegas this fall. AAPEX (Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo) will be even bigger this year.  

They are collaborating with PAMA (Preventive Automotive Maintenance Association) to bring an enhanced Oil & Lube section to the expo floor, with more suppliers, educational opportunities, and networking.

Where Is AAPEX Las Vegas 2026? 

AAPEX Las Vegas will be held in two connected venue spaces: 

For the expo, Caesars Forum is being called the AAPEX Forum. The two convention spaces are next door to each other and are connected by a pedestrian bridge accessible from the second floor.  

The AAPEX Forum offers expanded space for the event, plus a major transit hub, with direct access to the Las Vegas Monorail, a public bus stop, and the pickup and drop-off point for hotel shuttles, ride shares, and inter-venue transportation to and from the SEMA Show.   

When Is AAPEX 2026 in Las Vegas? 

AAPEX 2026 will kick off on Tuesday, November 3, and run through Thursday, November 5. 

Show hours each day are: 

  • Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 
  • Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 
  • Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

AAPEX Las Vegas runs concurrently with the SEMA Show, which runs from November 3 through November 5. Your AAPEX credentials will get you onto the SEMA exhibit floors for all four days of the event. However, for specialized training, seminars, and other SEMA events, you may need to register or purchase a separate admission ticket.  

Who Can Attend AAPEX in Las Vegas? 

AAPEX 2026 is a B2B event, and only those in the auto care industry can attend, including: 

  • Shop owners 
  • Automotive techs 
  • Mobile mechanics 
  • Service advisors 
  • Wholesale distributors 
  • Retail store buyers 
  • Vehicle manufacturers 
  • Fleet managers 
  • Corporate parts program buyers 

Automotive course instructors and students are also encouraged to attend. Instructors may register to bring student groups of up to 15 students, who must be at least 16 years old to attend. Students 18 and older can register to attend on their own without an instructor.  

How To Get to the Las Vegas Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo

The easiest way to get to the Las Vegas Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo is to use the Las Vegas Monorail. The Monorail operates seven days a week and begins operations daily at 7:00 a.m.  

Trains arrive every four to eight minutes and run until:  

  • Mondays: Midnight 
  • Tuesdays – Thursdays: 2:00 a.m. 
  • Fridays – Sundays: 3:00 a.m. 

To get to the APPEX Forum transportation hub and the Harrah’s/The LINQ Station, board any southbound train from one of these stations:  

From these stations, hop on any northbound train:  

Upon arrival at the Harrah’s/The LINQ Station, look for overhead directional signs that will say Caesars Forum or AAPEX Forum.

AAPEX usually heavily brands the pathway with signs and visual arrows, making it easy to follow the dedicated pedestrian walkway into the upper level of the AAPEX Forum. 

If you want to head to the SEMA Show, simply get on a northbound train from the Harrah’s/The LINQ Station and ride it one stop to the Boingo Station at the Las Vegas Convention Center, where SEMA is being held. To return to AAPEX, hop on a southbound train from the Boingo Station.
